THE WAR GAME - World War 2 is Pegasus Hobbies' entry into the board game world! A massive grand strategy level game for World War Two, this game is BIG! Originally written in 1995 and play tested for over 10 years on the L.A. gaming convention circuit, this game is very balanced and fun to play!

The time is just after Pearl Harbor. America has been attacked, and the Germans are rampaging across Europe. Players control Germany, Great Britain, Russia, USA, Japan, Italy, and China. Even France is represented! Economics control who can build what, but not everything costs the same for all the nations. Major and minor factories produce different unit types. Retreats can save your valuable units. Every nation has a general who can lead an attack for better results, but be careful not to loose him, as you can never buy another one!

Game play takes about 4 ½ hours to 5 hours for most games. It comes with hundreds of Pegasus Hobbies plastic figures for soldiers, tanks, ships, planes, guns and factories. There are over 400 in all. The MASSIVE 3 foot by 6 foot playing board included makes this one of the heaviest games ever produced! Rulebook, dice, playing charts, and chips are included as well.

THE WAR GAME - World War 2 comes packaged in a large (27 ½" by 13 ½" by 4") full color heavy-duty box and weighs in at about 15 lbs!
